One in ten mortgage loans in America are now in some stage of default.  IN Oregon, the unemployment rate is now 8.1%.  Alt A and "Pay Option Arm Loans" are set to adjust soon.. and what do you suppose that will do.. reduce default rate? Hmm.

Yeah.. I know.  There are those who spend a lot of time in the Capital building in Olympia, WA. who share this view.  Christmas and Christians - Intolerance for both is growing and a determined effort is underway to make it "Politically Correct" to attack both.  There are many among the population who are doing their best to remove and/or distort Jesus' message of salvation, brotherly love, and exhortation to live a moral life.

As Christmas approaches, we are reminded that Jesus warned that those who believed in Him would be attacked and persecuted for their faith.  I was once again reminded of Jesus' warning as I read the article, "Christmas is Evil" - published in the U.K.

Of course, this intolerance of Christianity is nothing new and it is not diminishing.  For my fellow Americans who are not Muslim, a plan is underway to deal with you.  The Quaran demands that all non-Muslims be converted or be put to death should they resist.

Geert Wildeer's video is a vivid reminder of what is in store for American who refuse to resist the threat. 

Observations in Islam Watch, blog authored by former Muslims is an eye opener. The contributors provide insight and reasons for the actions and atrocities undertaken TODAY against Christians who "cling to their faith", and others who do not submit to Islam.

But today, let's turn away from the darkness and into the light!  Let's celebrate and have a Merry Christmas!  Glory to the newborn King!

I encourage you to keep Christmas special- A day to reflect on the miracle.  Here is what Christmas is about as far as I am concerned.

Homes in this subdivision average $100,000+ HIGHER than what this 6 year old home is selling for!  Across the street, that home is priced at $309k- it's about 250 sq ft larger.  About 2 blocks away, a townhome is priced at $249,900- same size, but it's connected to the neighboring home...

There's something about living near a lake that draws people.  Actually, this home is near two lakes.. Fairview Lake which is just a few blocks, and Blue Lake which is about a mile distant. Blue Lake has a very large, well maintained park, too.

Back to the home.. seller is ready to sell.  Priced accordingly.  If you want to live near the water, with very little traffic, populated with NICER homes, and want a property that will increase in value as the market turns... this is it!
