Milwaukie Oregon real estate is picking up! I have compiled statistics from RMLS for the past 4 months (March-June) 2009 and entered the information into a table format. I also entered the info into a chart for fast comparision of Milwaukie home sales activity with the sales activity for a couple of adjoining markets (Clackamas and Happy Valley).
